It depends on the size of the space. Generally speaking, when the ceiling, flooring, and cabinets are done, the curtains and blinds should be next. It’s best to contact us directly to book a tour at our showroom for further discussion.

The usual turnaround time from measurement, fabric selection, ordering, distribution, and tailoring to installation is between 4–6 weeks.

Plaster ceiling and pelmet box is an option, but not compulsory. Generally, we would recommend the width and depth of the pelmet box to have a minimum of 7 inches gap respectively to fit regular double tracks. For special pleats design like S-Fold & Motorised curtains, we will advise accordingly.

Rechargeable wire-free, made-to-measure motorised track makes every home feasible for smart automation. No electric wiring is required to control your curtains easily.

You may choose the fabric colour and texture you want through samples or pictures, but it’s highly recommended to check out the actual hang-up effect of the curtains at our showroom. After all, the fabric texture and size ratio of the curtain’s fold can only be felt on the spot. This is the same principle as tailor-making a set of clothes from the fabric sample.

It depends on the materials of your curtains. Firstly, refer to the care instructions on your panels. If hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended, it is important to follow the instructions. Most curtains can tolerate a mild detergent on gentle spin cycle, and they should be line-dried to prevent shrinkage. We do offer same day on-site curtain cleaning service for our existing clients.

If you change your mind on the material upon payment, we will offer you to purchase a replacement material of your choice at 50% off. This offer is only valid for 7 days after order date and must be replacing the original window treatment / item purchased. 

If you find that your measurements were slightly off – worry not! Assuming that your window size is too wide, we may be able to downsize your curtains in width to match your windows at an affordable alteration fee, pending product, fabric, and width.

In case of a different issue, we will offer you to purchase new items with the current dimensions at 50% off. This offer is only valid for 3 days after delivery date for the purpose of replacing the purchased original window treatment.

In the unlikely event that measurements taken by us are incorrect, we will replace the product at no extra charge. In the case of installation error, we will reinstall at no extra charge. (The clause does not cover any changes without the owner’s advance notification after final measurement. i.e. changes related to window structures, sizes, variation in plaster ceiling measurement, floor level height, cabinet fixing next to window/door causing issues in curtains and blinds installation works)

Limited Warranty Coverage ➡️

We provide a limited 5-year warranty (the “Warranty”) on products against manufacturing defects (i.e., flaws in product design, materials or workmanship affecting product functioning) under normal use and for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. If your product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product. The Warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only, non-transferable to third party. Warranty applies to custom-made products on the original windows for which the product was ordered and intended. The warranty period for motor and related accessories is limited to 5 years from the goods delivery date.

Product Warranty Does Not Cover the below points ⬇️⬇️

• Defects resulted from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, exposure to risky elements, excessive humidity, or failure to follow use and care instructions. Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to fraying of fabrics, loss of colour intensity, exposure to excess humidity, damage from insects or pets, normal fading from sunlight.
• Normal maintenance associated with motors and related accessories including, but not limited to, recharging and replacement of batteries.
• Any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation on the same or any other window or application associated with the original window.
• Products unusable by reason of miss-measurement, incorrect assembly not in accordance with product installation instructions.
• Transportation cost, removal, dismantling, re-measuring, and reinstallation charges associated in issue troubleshooting.
